On Wednesday 24 we held our first event of 2019, ‘Ageing well: Managing stress & anxiety as we grow older’ presented by Claire and Carmel from in-home provider, Five Good Friends.
The session included:
- How the brain functions
- Decreasing anxiety and depression
- Tips and tricks to keep your brain healthy and active
- The importance of sleep and how to increase it
- 10min meditation/relaxation session
We had an exceptional turnout and we hope our guests enjoyed the morning as much as we did!
